Nicotine Spray
What is it?
Nicotine spray, like your conventional nasal sprays, is sprayed into your nostrils. Nicotine spray has just the one strength, but it is important not to spray over what is recommended by the manufacturer.
How does it work?
When the nicotine spray is sprayed up the nostril, the nicotine is absorbed through the skin lining therefore entering your blood stream quickly. Nicotine sprays is suggested for heavy smokers, but as always consult your Doctor or Pharmacist.
Side Effects?
Nicotine sprays when used at first can cause irritation to the nose, watery eyes, and a bad taste that can be unpleasant. Symptoms may go after a few days, but definately try another product if the symptoms don’t go away.
